Final Sale Items

All products sold by Tokyo Pop are Final Sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, buyer’s remorse, or any other reason unrelated to a product arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at tokyopop27@gmail.com as soon as possible.

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging
• Any other information we may reasonably request

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Condition of Products

Our products are collectible items and may have minor imperfections resulting from manufacturing, packaging, or transportation. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the product may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

European Union Customers

For customers located in the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws and statutory rights remain unaffected by this Final Sale policy.

Where applicable, EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
